How can training be effective if it’s all “online”?

Not only is our online training effective, we strongly believe that it’s superior to offline training–both in terms of cost and effectiveness.

80% of fitness results come down to two things: diet and adherence. If you have a diet program that’s easy to stick to (and have lots of help along the way), you will see results. Most trainers know very little about nutrition, nor do they understand how to help clients stickto their diet despite work, stress, family, kids, etc.

On the other hand, this happens to be our expertise. The before-and-afters that you see are all real clients who had to deal with their real life. They all trained online with our coaches and were able to make amazing results.

Will this work if I’m a beginner?

Absolutely. I especially like working with beginners because it’s fun to see them make progress for the first time and see what’s actually possible when following a good program.

Can I apply even if I’m over 50 (or whatever number)?

As long as you are given the OK by your doctor to start an exercise and diet regimen, then age does not matter. Some of my best clients have been above the age of 50. What matters more than age is your willingness to keep an open mind, communicate with me regularly, and do your best to work with me to follow protocol.

What sort of exercise equipment do I need?

Ideally you would have access to a full gym with a set of barbells, but it’s not a requirement. In fact, for some clients, we actually leave exercise as optional to start out until they lose their first 10-20 pounds.

We’ll build your exercise program around the equipment that you have, even if it’s just bodyweight exercises.

I’m vegan/vegetarian. Will this work for me?

Yes–I have clients that are vegan/vegetarian. You can follow my program even if you’re vegan or vegetarian with one caveat…the nutritional program that I prescribe centers around increased protein intake. This might be more challenging at the start for those who follow a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle, but we’ll incorporate this into your nutritional program.

How long do I have to commit?

I require 1 month minimum to commit, which is enough time to see results. That being said, I’ve found that the real magic starts happening in months 2 and 3, which is strongly recommended for the minimum commitment.
